Country Manager, AWS Philippines
Jerry Jimenez Bongco is the Country Manager for AWS Philippines where he is responsible for bringing to life the country mission of the company. AWS focuses on “building a digitally resilient nation that empowers innovation to uplift the lives of more Filipinos.” AWS has a long-term oriented strategy to accelerate cloud adoption and digitalization in the country.
As Country Manager, he leads a team of passionate Amazonians who enable and empower Philippine businesses (enterprises, small and medium businesses, start-ups, independent software vendors, digital-native businesses, and AWS partners) to innovate and become world-class by leveraging and harnessing the power of the AWS Cloud.
Based in the Philippines, Jerry first joined AWS in 2019. With his 11+ year tenure at Microsoft, he ascended to Country Director for the Consumer and Devices Business Division. He also held managerial positions at Sun Microsystems, Lucent Technologies, and Crayon Software throughout his career. He was a board of director for the Information Technology Association of the Philippines (ITAP) in 2014-2015 and is a board of advisor to KodeGo, a start-up with a mission of improving the lives of Filipinos and shaping the future of the edtech industry.
Leveraging a comprehensive skill set encompassing sales & marketing, IT & Telco solution selling, partner and account management, general management, and more, Jerry brings invaluable insights to the industry. He took up in Economics from the University of the Philippines and Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the De La Salle University (DLSU). Jerry continues to be an active alumni member of the U.P. Beta Sigma Fraternity.
Principal Advisor, Ecosystm
Audrey is a leading multi-disciplinary analyst in the APAC region, with expertise in enterprise collaboration, UCaaS, CCaaS, video, contact center, AI, and digital transformation. She has nearly two decades of experience advising C-level executives on go-to-market strategies and has played a key role in building and mentoring analyst teams across Asia-Pacific. A frequent keynote speaker, Audrey has delivered over 150 presentations on various technology topics and is regularly quoted in the media for her insights. She holds honors from the ICSA UK and diplomas in management and financial accounting from LCCI. Audrey enjoys reading literary fiction and jazz.

As the Head of CX for ASEAN, Simon is responsible for planning and executing how AWS and partners create innovative consumer engagement experiences (CXE). Companies of all sizes and in all sectors can innovate customer experience (CX) at scale with services like Amazon Connect and AWS GenAI.
Simon has over 25 years of CX expertise as a technology entrepreneur, cloud pioneer and CX practitioner. He was the founding CEO of ipSCAPE that pioneered cloud contact center technology and has operations over 20 countries.
Today, Simon is in a team of AWS CX practitioners who are helping customers and partners innovate CX with easier access to data for personalisation, artificial intelligence for automation and machine learning for insight.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Economics (ANU) and an MBA from London Business School. He resides in Singapore.

Eldridge is a CX leader at Globe Telecom and has been instrumental in driving transformation of the technology, operational process and culture of Globe’s customer engagement strategy. In his 10 years + tenure at Globe, Eldridge started as a management trainee, joined the management team in research and development of CX design and then implemented the R&D experience as the CX Design Head of the Globe contact center operations. Most recently Eldridge has taken on executive responsibility for customer experience of all channels focusing on Globe One, the mobile application.
