Throughout his career at industry leaders including AWS, DXC Technology, and HPE, Ben has consistently delivered transformative results in CMDB implementation, cloud migration, and multi-vendor service integration.

As a former Migration Customer Solution Manager at AWS, Ben guided multiple large-scale enterprise migrations across ASEAN, achieving an average 30% reduction in operational costs. His extensive experience at DXC and HPE includes leading SIAM (Service Integration and Management) initiatives at major organizations like Shell and SCG Thailand, where he successfully implemented ITIL processes and complex configuration management systems to orchestrate multi-vendor service delivery.

Group CIO of an education institution, led the organization’s digital transformation by implementing the LHDN e-invoice middleware and a cashless e-wallet system integrated with a ticketless parking solution using License Plate Recognition (LPR). Additionally, he introduced the Digital Business Card (e-BizCard) and the University Student Information System, both supporting the institution’s ESG/SDG goals. He was honored with the ETCIO Transformative CIO Award in 2022 and 2023 by Times Economic Magazine, receiving recognition for two consecutive years. Furthermore, he was acknowledged as a prominent figure in the Global CIO Forum for The World CIO 200 in 2023 and 2024. Notably, he was the only individual from Malaysia to participate in the GEC Media World CIO Grand Finale in South Africa, where he won the Global Champion award, affirming his remarkable achievements in the field.
